1. The owner of a website and mobile application Flynbuy is Flynbuy Sp. z o.o., a Polish law limited liability company, with its registered seat in Wasilkow (16-010), at Wincentego Witosa 16, registered at registry of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, run by ….. Division of the National Court Register NIP: 9662141974, REGON: 386717010, KRS: 0000853849 (hereinafter the “Company”)
2. Definitions:
   
   Terms and Conditions - this Terms and Conditions of use of Flynbuy website
   
   FlynBuy - website and mobile application available at www.flynbuy.co which allows Users to compare prices of products at online duty free shops
   
   User - Flynbuy website visitor
   
   Registered User - User with a registered account
   
   Service - Flynbuy allows Users free of charge comparison of prices of products in duty free shops around the globe.
   
   Price - price of product shown in FlynBuy. For the purpose of price comparison, local prices may be shown in other currencies than official currency in the duty free shop. In that case it is only an estimation of price in currency chosen by the User for the purpose of comparison of prices in different duty free shops. Price shown in chosen by the User currency is an approximate value based on Yahoo Finance.
3. Technical requirements:
   1. In order to use Flynbuy the User needs a device (a computer, telephone or tablet) with an internet access
   2. Users may use Flynbuy with or without registration.
   3. Flynbuy allows all Users to:
      • browse products through category and brand pages
      • search products using internal search engine
      • compare product Prices at different locations
      • go to a specific offer at the retailer’s website by clicking a specific button on product screen
      • set a route of airports to personalize displaying of Prices
      • set currency to unify vendor Prices in local currencies (approximate value based on Yahoo Finance)
      • share a product link by clicking on ‘share’ icon at product page
      • sign up and create an account
      • subscribe for a newsletter by providing an email address
   4. Users with a registered account can also:
      • sign in to a platform using their email address
      • add products to ‘my list’ by clicking on specific icon at product screen or listing tile
      • browse history of last viewed items at ‘last viewed’ list
4. Registration: In order to set an account, User needs to supply via the online registration form with certain information including: name, an email address and password.
5. General terms of use:
   1. Search of certain categories of products require minimum age of User (alcohol, tobbaco)
   2. Please note, that Flynbuy is not a seller.
   3. Flynbuy redirects Users to online duty free shop of User’s choice. Placing an order is possible only in the online shop.
   4. Flynbuy is not a party of an agreement by and between the User and the online shop and is not responsible for delivery of ordered products. Flynbuy has no responsibility to the User in respect of contracts made with the online shop.
6. Complaint procedure
   1. Any complaint regarding Flynbuy should be send by e-mail on the address …….. Please add information necessary to answer your complaint- such as description of an issue your make a complaint about and your contact details (e-mail).
   2. Our response should be sent via e-mail within 14 days.

8. Final provisions
   1. This Terms and Conditions are available at www.flynbuy.co they may also be sent anytime via e-mail to the User upon his/her request.
   2. The Company reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions including for legal, regulatory or security reasons at any time. Users who do not agree to any of the Terms and Conditions, can simply stop using Flynbuy.
   3. If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid, the other Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply.
   4. This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted with the laws of Poland.
   5. The Company undertakes to use its best efforts to resolve any disagreements or disputes arising out of or relating to the Services and/or this Term and Conditions through amicable negotiations. Any dispute and/or claim unresolved through amicable negotiations shall be solved in accordance with the applicable laws of Poland by common court in Poland.
